Relief Night Auditor (Administrative)
Verify all account postings and guest billing for the day, making adjustments as needed to balance daily transactions.
Run the actual night audit process on the property management system.
Prepare night audit packet.
Balance and transmit credit cards.
Print and organize reports.
Greets and welcomes guests.
Assign rooms and keys.
Maintains room availability.
Collects and distributes messages for guests.
Control room keys, certify cash banks, make safe drops, prepare cash reports, follow credit card guidelines, and report suspicious activity by guests or others to provide security for the property.

This position acts as Manager on Duty for the overnight shift.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment, public and non-public spaces, including guest rooms. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. These work areas may occasionally be noisy.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior customer service experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
Audit or accounting experience.
