Project and IT Administrative Analyst (Finance)
Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience in project coordination or IT administration.
1-3 years of experience in preparing reports and managing department financials.
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel).
Experience with technical writing, including creating workflows and process diagrams.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Project Administration & PMO Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the PMO, including maintaining PMO documentation and assisting with methodology updates.
Generate weekly and monthly reports for time entry, project financials, resource management, and project metrics.
Assist in managing updates to resource allocation and supporting project timelines.
Track project progress and maintain general PMO communication.
Assist the PMO in managing simple projects from inception to implementation, including requirements gathering, planning, development, and post-launch support.
Administrative Support for CIO/VP of IT:
Assist the CIO/VP of IT with administrative tasks, including preparing budgeting reports for OPEX and fixed-cost projects.
Help track and manage key operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Provide support for vendor-related tasks, such as invoice processing and contract renewals.
Collaborate with leadership on operational reporting and documentation updates.
Vendor Management:
Manage vendor communication and track service performance.
Support vendor contract reviews, renewals, and budget adherence.
Ensure vendor services align with project requirements and financial expectations.
Technical Writing and Documentation:
Create and maintain Visio system diagrams and workflows.
Document system processes and create user and administrative guides.
Maintain meeting notes, project summaries, and action item trackers.
Managing our Center of Excellence document repository.
Help Desk & Asset Management Support:
Track and administer software licenses and hardware assets.
Ensure accurate assignment of IT assets and maintain inventory records.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline reporting and communication.
Share best practices and updates with relevant teams to foster cross-department collaboration.
Compensation Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. ACR reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
