Schedule: Part-Time : Tues/Wed/Thurs

Bonus: $5,000 bonus over 1 year

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to work as a Physical Therapist in CO
• Experience in a post acute or skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required

Rate Range: $45.00-$50.00
