Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage staff scheduling to ensure proper coverage
- Monitor timekeeping and attendance records
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff members
- Maintain compliance with staffing regulations and facility policies
- Communicate effectively with staff, leadership, and other departments
- Handle scheduling adjustments, call-offs, and shift replacements as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or HR (healthcare or SNF experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring smooth operations
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic administrative tasks
