Senior Mailroom Coordinator (Administrative)
Job Summary
Job Description
Under limited supervision, receive, sort and deliver mail and packages to pre-established internal mail locations as well as collect and prepare outgoing mail and packages. - Receive, sort, and distribute incoming packages and mail to internal mailstops. - Verify items are addressed correctly, marked with the proper postage and in suitable condition for outbound processing. - Pick up all outbound packages (Fed-Ex and/or UPS) and daily mail from each department and deliver them to the outbound line. - Bill out all sample room orders processed using the appropriate SAP menus. - Assist in the absence of the Mailroom Supervisor or Manager, with leading daily activities of mailroom staff and addressing basic issues that may arise (i.e. equipment issues, scheduling conflicts, etc.). The anticipated salary range for this position:
$18.75 - $26.25 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
