Technatomy is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Portfolio Manager to oversee the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role will be responsible for managing multiple VA programs, ensuring high-quality execution, and driving customer success in alignment with VA's digital transformation and IT modernization objectives. The Portfolio Manager will serve as a key liaison between internal project teams, VA stakeholders, and Technatomy's operations leadership, ensuring that all contract requirements, budget constraints, and strategic goals are met.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
· 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with at least 5 years managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
· Demonstrated experience delivering solutions for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), with deep knowledge of VA's IT landscape, compliance standards, and digital transformation initiatives.
· Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Finance & Operations (F&O), and Power Platform.
· Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and engaging VA stakeholders.
· Ability to navigate VA procurement, contract management, and performance reporting requirements.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:
· Experience supporting VA's OIT, VHA, VBA, or NCA modernization efforts.
· Familiarity with VA cloud migration strategies and VA Enterprise Cloud (VAEC).
· Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform is a plus.
EDUCATION:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
CLEARANCE:
· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
WORK LOCATION:
· Remote with occasional travel to VA sites.
