Irrigation Mechanic (Maintenance)
Directly supervises and assists with inspections, repairs, installations, and maintenance of landscape irrigation systems.

Winter Schedule (the day following Labor Day through Memorial Day): 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Summer Schedule (the day following Memorial Day through Labor Day): 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Advertised Physical Requirements:
Physical: Regular exposure to physically demanding tasks such as digging, heavy lifting, bending and stooping, considerable use of arms, hands and leg movement.
Environmental: Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions. Exposure to extreme temperature changes. Handling dirty materials. May be designated as an essential position during emergency closures. May be required to remain on campus overnight during weather or other emergencies. May be required to work outside of normal working hours.
