Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee our overnight cleaning operations in multiple hotel properties across the Bethesda and Oxon Hill area. This role requires a strong background in janitorial services and kitchen cleaning. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who can manage teams, ensure quality standards, and maintain client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage overnight cleaning operations across multiple hotel properties.
Supervise and train cleaning staff to meet operational standards and client expectations.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety protocols.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel management and clients.
Manage staffing schedules and adjust resources to meet property demands.
Handle employee performance, resolve issues, and maintain a positive work environment.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies as needed.
Provide hands-on support during peak periods or staff shortages.
Qualifications:
Strong background in janitorial services and kitchen cleaning (required).
Minimum of 2 years of management experience, preferably in hospitality or cleaning services.
Hotel background is a plus.
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work overnight shifts and travel between properties as needed.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual salary of $75,000
