Senior Design Manager-Alternative Delivery (Finance)

Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a Senior Desing Manager-Alternative Delivery with experience in alternative delivery projects to join our Atlanta based team. This position will be part of our design and engineering team and will primarily focus on complex transportation and mobility improvement projects that are being delivered through alternative delivery process including design-build, design-build-finance (P3) or CMGC/CMAR. This position will have the opportunity to work on both owner-side and contractor side opportunities with focus on developing design that improve functionality, constructability and minimized impacts to surrounding areas.
As a Senior Design Manager-Alternative Delivery, you will utilize your experience and technical knowledge of design and engineering as well as familiarity with local, state and federal project development processes to deliver project success for Arcadis and our clients. You will have the opportunity to coordinate all aspects of project design with various disciplines and will work closely with the Project and/or Program Managers and Commercial Manager to ensure the successful completion of the projects within the established budget, schedule, quality, and safety parameters.
Additionally, you will support mentoring and coaching of junior staff to improve their design knowledge and knowledge of alternative delivery process.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $126750 - $211250. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
