Job Description
The Indirect Data Entry Specialist I is responsible for a variety of clerical duties within the Indirect Department--primarily ensuring that new Indirect auto loans are placed on the loan system correctly and promptly. Additional duties include the recording of new contracts, verification of membership, and assignment of contracts to the appropriate individuals. The Specialist is also an initial defense against fraud by mitigating Fraud Shield red flags, verifying account information, ID's, and overall paperwork.
The Indirect Data Entry Specialist II is responsible for a variety of clerical duties within the indirect department--primarily insuring that new indirect auto loans are created on the loan system correctly and promptly. Additional duties include the recording of new contracts, verification of membership, and assignment of contracts to the appropriate individuals. The Data Entry Specialist II is also an initial defense against applications being duplicated which could cause two loans for the same vehicle being created, processed and funded thus causing confusion for members and duplicate payment to the dealerships.
The Indirect Data Entry Specialist III is responsible for a variety of clerical duties within the indirect department--primarily insuring that new indirect auto loans are created on the loan system correctly and promptly and additional Processing duties. Additional duties include the recording of new contracts, verification of membership, and assignment of contracts to the appropriate individuals. The Data Entry Specialist III is an initial defense against applications being duplicated which could cause two loans for the same vehicle being created, processed and funded thus causing confusion for members and duplicate payment to the dealerships. The Data Entry Specialist III is also the primary defense against fraud by mitigating Fraud Shield, Red flag mitigation, verifying account information, ID's, and completeness and legality of the dealer packets.

The pay range at the Indirect Data Entry Specialist I: $18.10 to $21.42 per Hour (S10)
The pay range at the Indirect Data Entry Specialist II: $19.23 to $23.48 per Hour (S11)
The pay range at the Indirect Data Entry Specialist III: $20.41 to $25.82 per Hour (S12)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for an incentive plan.
