Admissions Coordinator (Administrative)

Santa Cruz Post-Acute is looking to expand their team!

We are looking for ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR to be a part of our work family.

*Must have EXPERIENCE in SKILLED NURSING Facility*

Job Description:

The primary purpose of this job position is to obtain required information and admit residents in an efficient manner, in accordance with established policies and procedures, and as directed by your supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and follow schedule/instructions from your supervisor and as outlined in our established policies and procedures.

• Assist in interviewing residents/guardians/sponsors and obtaining required admission information and signatures.

• Assist in the resident admission orientation program in accordance with our established policies and procedures.
