Ability to work efficiently and accurately on a computer using our software tools.
Ability to support management and philosophies of the Gateway Region YMCA.
Must be extremely organized, accurate, reliable, and diligent in meeting deadlines.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must know and utilize the HRIS software.
Understand and comply with federal laws and regulations applying to the Payroll/HR area.
Because of the sensitive nature of this job, the incumbent must be mature and discrete. Confidentiality is a must.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
