Responsibilities:
The Supervisor in Training will be provided with hands on training and guidance which will allow them to grow in the role. In this role, you will learn difference area/ departments within the facility, and managed these areas as needed. Responsibility will require coordinating the daily activities of the production employees. You will also, plan and assign work, supervise the production lines for safety product and quality workflow. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment for (Best in Class) and the process of continuous improvement and make recommendations to improve performance metrics. This role is responsible for training, motivation and coaching employees.
Basic Qualifications: High school degree required, with technical/formal training preferred. Two years' experience in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively at all levels, possess problem solving, analytical, organizational and team building skills. Must be able to work well with people and to Facilite change and growth in a total quality Managment environment. Computer skills required.
