You will influence the total rewards strategy as you partner closely with leaders, members, and teams through the administration, development and communication of our compensation philosophy and plans. Own the annual salary budget planning process which includes salary budget research, collaboration with teams to establish pay ranges, and guide coaches through the annual salary cycle
Benchmark jobs against survey data to determine competitive pay ranges
Lead the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors compensation module
Administer the Great Performance Share (GPS) bonus program
Manage relationships with salary data providers and participate in salary surveys
Drive communication, compliance and training of compensation programs
Lead (or participate in) projects and develop solutions based on analytical research to enhance compensation programs
Serves as a compensation resource for Member Services and business leaders to ensure cost-effective, market-driven compensation strategies
Own the administration and compliance of the Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related field required (e.g. Human Resources, Business or Finance)
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of compensation experience
Human resources analytics work experience preferred
Human resources business partner or generalist experience preferred
SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred
HRIS system implementation experience preferred
Skills and Competencies:
Knowledge of FLSA and compensation-related state and local regulations
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Strong analytical and math skills
