Sales Coordinator (Finance)

Qualifications:

• Experience in the construction industry preferred
• Ability to understand blueprints/ plans and specifications preferred.
• Must be a well-organized and analytical individual with strong math skills.
• Must have the ability to work in a fast paced/high pressure customer-oriented environment with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Must possess strong mechanical/technical aptitude and be good with numbers.
• Must possess computer proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Must perform well under stress and have the ability to multitask.
• Ability to think and operate both short and long-term.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong telephone skills, as well as good listening skills.

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Duties/Responsibilities:

Prepare quotes to customers with adequate details to understand the product(s) and option(s) requested.

Responsible for direct customer contact and the preparation of complete quotation packages (quotes, summaries, proposals).

Responsible for researching pricing of non-standard items, answering basic questions about requested project, and for making recommendations for alternatives, if necessary.

Responsible for entering data into Oracle.

Assist with ordering material once quote is accepted.

Verify correct material arrives in warehouse and is undamaged.

Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports.

Assist with site surveys as necessary.

All other duties as assigned.
