Sales Coordinator (Finance)



Qualifications:
  • Experience in the construction industry preferred
  • Ability to understand blueprints/ plans and specifications preferred.
  • Must be a well-organized and analytical individual with strong math skills.
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast paced/high pressure customer-oriented environment with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Must possess strong mechanical/technical aptitude and be good with numbers.
  • Must possess computer proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Must perform well under stress and have the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to think and operate both short and long-term.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong telephone skills, as well as good listening skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Prepare quotes to customers with adequate details to understand the product(s) and option(s) requested.
  • Responsible for direct customer contact and the preparation of complete quotation packages (quotes, summaries, proposals).
  • Responsible for researching pricing of non-standard items, answering basic questions about requested project, and for making recommendations for alternatives, if necessary.
  • Responsible for entering data into Oracle.
  • Assist with ordering material once quote is accepted.
  • Verify correct material arrives in warehouse and is undamaged.
  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports.
  • Assist with site surveys as necessary.
  • All other duties as assigned.
