The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 128,000.00 USD - 168,000.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager, Sales Account Management to lead our Pest Control Business at Target. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant business experience or advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant business experience
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

• Previous account management experience with different classes of trade
• Demonstrated track record of successful and profitable growth of major accounts
• Experience managing cross-functional partnerships
• Previous corporate account management experience
• Experience in retail sales in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Travel up to 10%
• Full-time onsite role in Minneapolis, MN, core hours: 9 - 3
• Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees
• The individual assuming this position may need to relocate for future opportunities
• This role is eligible for domestic relocation
