The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with 1-2 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive team accountability. Candidates must have a strong understanding of operational standards, policies, team management, scheduling, and floor operations.
In the heart of downtown Tampa, these stylish properties by the waterside are adjacent to the Tampa Convention Center and Amalie Arena.
Shift Pattern:Full availability is required including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?
Participates in all production areas of the kitchen. Inspects selects, and uses fruits, vegetables, meats, fish and other food products. Reads and employs math skills for recipes. Approves requisitions for supplies and food items for production on work station. Ensures proper storage of food items. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
