Organizational Development Specialist II-Employee Experience (Hybrid, North Carolina Based) (Finance)
The Organizational Development Specialist II-Employee Experience is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating strategies and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, specific to the function of employee engagement and supporting organizational values and strategic goals. The Organizational Development Specialist II-Employee Experience is focused on creating an outstanding employee work experience and an inclusive, collaborative culture at Alliance Health. This role will be responsible for developing engagement strategies and resources, designing activities/celebrations and continuously monitoring progress to build and improve satisfaction. This role will report to the Organizational Development Manager.
This position will allow the successful candidate to work a hybrid schedule which includes coming into work onsite in the Alliance Home office (Morrisville, North Carolina) one to two days, every other week as approved by supervisor. The selected candidate must reside also in North Carolina and be willing to travel to the home office for team or onsite business meetings as required.

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, Science in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a field providing background in organizational analysis and management development and at least six (6) years of work experience in organizational development, learning and development, organizational change management or human resources functions.
Certified Employee Engagement Specialist; or related certification, Organizational Development Certification Program (ODCP, Certified Professional in Organizational Development (CPOD, Professional in Human Resources (PHR); or related certification.

Salary Range
$66,240-$89,424/Annually
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
