Operations Management Training Program (Finance)
TK Elevatoris recruiting applicants for our Operations Management Training Program.
TK Elevator is looking for candidates for our Operations Management Training Program. As an operations management trainee you will be responsible for successfully completing our 12-month paid leadership training program. During this time you will gain a thorough knowledge of our products, business processes, technical aspects of elevators, and managerial skills related to our either our Service and Repair or New Installation line of business.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are driven by teamwork, view customers as your top priority, and want to accelerate your Operations career, then the TKE Operations Management Training Program is for you. Upon successful completion of our training program graduates move into Associate Superintendent roles in Service and Repair or New Installation and then progress to a Superintendent role. Our graduates are poised to become the future leaders of TK Elevator.
**Due to the extensive training involved, temporary relocation may be required during the training year. Relocation within a predefined Area may be required at the successful completion of the Training Program.**
