Account Executive - Walmart Position Overview: Johnsonville, LLC offers the highest quality products throughout the U.S. and international markets. We have a great opportunity for an account executive to join our sales organization supporting the Walmart business. You'll be able to impact the success of the sales team through leadership and management of Walmart's business. This role will be a key contributor in helping develop customer selling strategies and delivering customer insights. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Director of Sales, and the Sales Leadership Team on the three-year vision of the Walmart business
Develop and build relationships with Walmart merchandising, sourcing, replenishment and private label team, among other key strategic decision-making positions at home office
Work cross-functionally with Category Insights, Marketing and Innovation to deliver actionable, data-led and consumer-relevant content via presentations, reports, etc.
Gain, solidify, and maintain distribution across all Johnsonville categories, focusing on internal and external metrics as success criteria
Assist in the preparation and physical attendance of routinely scheduled ad-hoc meetings and product cuttings
Create innovative programs and promotions, with a disciplined approach to Revenue Growth Management best practices
Collaborate with Supply Chain and CPFR teams for best-in-class execution from an order-fill and on-time delivery perspective
Coordinate various community support activation(s) to ensure visibility and execution for local sponsorship investments
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years' consumer packaged goods sales experience in the retail grocery industry in the U.S. marketplace required
Experience working with Walmart strongly preferred
Proven experience building new and existing relationships with key customers required
Including those in key strategic decision-making positions at headquarter level
Experience with syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, Consumer Insights, Luminate, etc.) strongly preferred
Experience with grass roots marketing and/or co-marketing preferred
Proven record of substantially building a business
Experience with trade management system and revenue growth management.
