Location: Lakeport, CA
Position: Telehealth Physical Therapist
Schedule: Flexible - Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per-Diem

Pay: starting from $70-$80/hr

What You'll Do:

• Conduct virtual physical therapy sessions with patients using a secure telehealth platform.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Provide education, guidance, and motivation to help patients improve mobility, strength, and independence.
• Collaborate with onsite rehab and clinical teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor progress and document care plans electronically.

What We're Looking For:

• Current California PT licensure in good standing.
• Strong clinical skills with a passion for patient-centered care.
• Ability to effectively use virtual platforms to conduct therapy sessions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to engage patients remotely.
• Previous experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facilities is a plus, but not required.
