Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The position duties and responsibilities listed below describe the general nature and scope of work. Other responsibilities, duties and skills may be required and assigned, as needed.
Assure compliance with all referral contracts.Provide direct oversight of Counselors/Case Managers, Program Monitors, Fiscal and Food Service.Approve acceptance of facility referrals.Provide public information and serve as community relations contact.Develop positive lines of communication with staff as well as current and potential referral sources.Responsible for personnel management of the facility staff.Review the Policy and Procedure Manual on a quarterly basis and make recommendations to the Corporate Policy Committee as necessary.Monitors safety, sanitation, and maintenance for mandatory compliance.Performs other duties as assigned.
