Locker Room Supervisor (Personal Services)
Position Summary:
Maintaining, organizing and cleaning the locker rooms. Attends to locker room needs of Club Members and guests. Supervise locker room attendants.
Essential Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Orders all supplies for the locker rooms following the monthly budget.
- Ensure that all areas of the locker rooms are neat and clean, including but not limited to floors, lockers, work area, showers & restrooms.
- Replace spikes as needed.
- Responsible to see that all towels are washed on a daily basis.
- Works closely with employees to maintain a positive work environment, which includes, communications, training, discipline, and input for evaluations.
- Directly supervises ladies & gentlemen locker rooms and their attendants.
- Create weekly schedule for ladies & gentleman locker rooms.
- Must be able to communicate with members in a positive manner.
- Follows rules and regulations set forth by St. Andrews Country Club.

Education & Work Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. At least 1-2 years supervisory experience. Must be able to interact with the public effectively.

While performing the job duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and toxic or caustic chemicals.
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience.
