Who Are We Looking For?
Reporting to the Vice Chair and CFO of State Street, the Global Head of Credit Finance and Lending (GCF), will lead the bank's global credit finance division, driving strategic growth initiatives, managing risk, and overseeing the credit portfolio to ensure alignment with the bank's objectives. This role requires a seasoned leader with extensive experience in lending, credit finance, risk management, and strategic planning. The leader will oversee almost $40 billion lending portfolio with $100 billion of undrawn lines. The portfolio includes capital call financing, BDC lending, CLOs, NAV and real estate loans to support preeminent private market firms, as well as revolvers, syndicated loans, and lines of credit that support the largest asset managers, insurers, and asset owners in the world.

Salary Range:
$300,000 - $412,500 Annual
