Outside Golf Operations, Part Time (Creative Design)

The Outside Golf Operations will be responsible for the proactive maintenance and operations of the range and short game area.

 

Position Responsibilities:

• Complete the daily setup and opening of the range, as well as the closing and securing of training facilities at the end of the day
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of all equipment to ensure optimal functionality
• the clearing of the range, including the collection of golf balls
• Treat all students, guests, and staff with exceptional guest services
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes
• Other duties as assigned including staff training.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• High School degree or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of golf course procedures
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Present a positive, professional image
• Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable and predictable attendance
• Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
• Follow safety practices and recognizing hazards
