Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of HR functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Utilize Workday (or similar systems) for payroll and HR management, including data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Support staff and management with HR-related inquiries and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.
  • Assist with recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Human Resources and Payroll management.
  • Experience with Workday payroll systems or similar platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
