As the Kleenex® Brand Manager – Content & Connections for Kimberly-Clark's North America Kleenex® business, you will drive consumer love, strong brand equity, and effective media execution for the Kleenex® brand. This role reports to the Kleenex® Content & Connections Leader (Senior Brand Manager) in the Chicago Commercial Center with a hybrid work arrangement. Key cross functionals you'll partner with closely include sector and business unit management, omnichannel & customer development teams, agency partners, insights, analytics, media strategy, marketing operations, social media, and community management.
In this role, you will:
Play a leading role in solidifying the marketplace position and marketing plans for Kleenex®.
Develop and execute marketing plans that drive brand relevancy, achieve financial objectives, and align with brand strategies. You'll participate in annual operating plans and collaborate closely with Kleenex® agencies and cross-functional teams.
Oversee media execution, including budget sufficiency, strategy, tactical planning, and ongoing management of flowcharts.
Deliver best-in-class creative across PESO channels for both national and retailer-specific plans. Ensure consistency in messaging and look & feel, tailoring content to engage consumers effectively at each stage of the customer journey.
Champion the Kleenex® brand in culture strategy, holistic planning, and execution to drive mental availability and consumer affinity. You'll break through the noise and make Kleenex® a part of the cultural zeitgeist.
Ignite a data-led and consumer-focused mindset across the Kleenex® team and IAT by analyzing consumer data, market share, and media analytics. You'll track performance, optimize strategies, and drive insights to continuously evolve Kleenex® plans and creatives.
Collaborate with S&I and Brand counterparts to drive clarity and build a strong portfolio and claims strategy for the brand, participating when necessary in the IMF stage gate process.
Champion a holistic search strategy for Kleenex® by driving action and accountability for excellence across paid and organic search. You'll improve the consumer experience, minimize overlaps, and enhance ROIs.
Provide regular coaching and support the development of the Senior Associate Brand Manager.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years of prior marketing/brand management experience.
High familiarity with brand development planning, innovation, and creative ideation processes.
History of demonstrated success in the development and execution of brand marketing plans.
Strong analytical, decision making, influence, and compelling communication skills.
Experience developing digital marketing strategy and activation plans to deliver effective personalization.
Demonstrated capability to make tough, informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track.
Entrepreneur can-do attitude to find ways to break down growth barriers and navigate and perform in changing circumstances.
Demonstrated positive energy to effectively represent brand internally and externally.
Previous team leadership and/or formal coaching/mentoring accountability.
Demonstrated capability of building a strong, positive, winning, and caring team culture and build talent.
Experience building authentic connections through culture is a plus.

Salary Range: 140,320 – 173,360 USD
At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
