This stunning 1600 room property spans across 35 acres just north of downtown and is a Dallas icon.

The ideal candidate is responsible for providing customer service and assisting with the operation of recreational programs, activities, and facilities.

Shift pattern: flexible to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

What will I be doing?

T he Seasonal Recreational Attendant is responsible for providing customer service and assisting with the operation of recreational programs, activities, and facilities. This role involves ensuring a positive and safe experience for all guests by monitoring facilities, providing equipment, assisting with recreational events, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Guest Assistance and Customer Service; greet and assist guests with questions, concerns or requests. Provide information about available recreational activities, equipment and schedules. Ensure visitors follow safety rules and guidelines during activities.
• Supervision of Recreational Activities; monitor and assist in various recreational activities (ie, ticket taking, character costumes, craft organization and activity instruction, ensuring slide rules are adhered to). Ensure that guests use equipment and facilities properly and safely. Provide assistance in setting up and organizing events or games as needed.
• Assist with crowd control, ensuring that recreational areas are not overcrowded and that all safety regulations are followed.
• Issue and collect recreational equipment, such as character costumes and recreational/craft supplies. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored
• Cleaning and upkeep; assist in cleaning and maintaining the facility, equipment and operational supplies. Remove litter, clean recreational spaces and ensure tidy environment.
  Event Support; assist in planning, setting up and facilitating recreational events or group activities. Help with registration and customer check-in for events or scheduled activities.
