Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking progress
- Provide personal assistant support to the CEO, including managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
