Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Restocks pick area, sorts and restacks product on pallets and shells, shredding, CO2 tank filling, and performs janitorial duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Operates forklift to move product within warehouse.
• Operates floor scrubber to clean warehouse floor.
• Product shredding
• Filling CO2
• Performs housekeeping duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent. Six (6) months of warehouse experience. Must be able to successfully complete forklift certification. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Must enjoy working with numbers, must be able to do physical labor, and must be detail-oriented. Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Mental Functions

Repetitive job requiring frequent, but not more than normal mental or visual effort or alertness.

Physical Functions

Frequently (34%-66%) required to sit, and lift up to50 pounds.. Must occasionally (0%-33%) stand and walk.

EQUIPMENT USED

Forklift (Powered-Industrial Truck), pallet jack, floor scrubber, and yard tractor truck.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES

None required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English.
