Responsibilities:
Contribute to all project phases-from concept through construction administration-with an emphasis on Revit-based design and documentation.
Produce schematic designs, design development, and construction documents using Revit, ensuring accuracy and coordination across disciplines.
Collaborate with consultants and project teams to maintain BIM model integrity and support integrated project delivery.
Prepare presentation materials and assist in developing design narratives and specifications.
Research materials and systems to support design goals, performance criteria, and code compliance.
Support construction administration tasks, including reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and conducting site visits.
Assist in problem-solving and design coordination, contributing innovative and practical solutions.
Follow firm Revit standards while helping to improve workflows and documentation quality.
Demonstrate initiative and readiness to grow in responsibility and licensure.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited university or a 4-year degree with a Master of Architecture.
3-5 years of experience in aviation or commercial architecture. Aviation design experience is preferred.
Licensure is preferred but not required.
Proficient in Revit, with demonstrated experience in SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
