- Any operations supervisor experience- Train new contact center staff in the use of documentation tools and proper process of escalation and the means of compiling documents to contact closure
- Assist contact center management in meeting team productivity, accuracy goals and stated service levels through the delivery of refresher training based on performance trends, as applicable
- Maintain regular communications to team members regarding The Kroger Co. and contact center related training
- Assist in the identification of problem trends with associate training and/or performance
- Represent the contact center, as needed, to determine training requirements
- Conduct evaluations to ensure all contact center personnel are properly trained in the user of appropriate applications
- Design, manage, and update training content for various work groups to be delivered in virtual or self-paced modules or classroom style, when necessary
- Complete learning program and resources maintenance to ensure program design is accurate and current
- Partner with appropriate internal and vendor teams to build solid technical and functional training
- Manage training tools and resources while ensuring that training devices are adequate for training, and that training material and text are approved, viable, and within standards
- Compile feedback from learners, operations leaders, and other business partners to determine training improvement opportunities
