Under the direction of the Vice President of Health Center Operations, the Administrative Director is responsible for the performance of the assigned ambulatory clinic. Responsible for health center initiatives against key health center goals, volume, access, employee and patient experience. Works with the Administrative Directors and Medical Directors to develop and manage cross-cutting initiatives that improve performance. Provides direction and support to operations manager in assessing, planning, implementing and sustaining change and improvement in their respective practice or service.Responsibilities:
