The Data Platforms value-stream is accountable for enterprise data assets across the company including data & analytics platforms, data & analytics solutions governance, quality, recency, data interfaces, integration with external systems and advanced analytics capabilities . The Data Science, Process Excellence and Automation team is part of the Data Platforms value-stream and uses advanced technologies to automate business and IT processes. We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in developing Robotic Process Automations using Automation Anywhere software, to join our Data Science, Process Excellence and Automation team. As a Senior Developer , you will play a pivotal role in developing automations to drive process optimization and increase efficiency for our clients. Your profound understanding of the software and robotic process automation methodologies will be crucial in delivering valuable automations and improving operational efficiency for our clients' business processes.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$117,600.00 - $176,400.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
