What you will enjoy doing*

• You will lead the creation and submission of project proposals and bids for industrial gas projects
• Oversee all project phases, from concept to commissioning, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• You will also manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Represent the company in client meetings and present updates to C-suite executives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, acting entrepreneurially to expand our project portfolio
• Drive innovation by adopting new technologies to enhance project efficiency and competitiveness
• Finally you will manage project budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability and alignment with company goals

What makes you great

• You will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required); MBA or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum 20 years of EPC industry experience, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role like Project Director
• Additionally you will have a proven track record leading mega projects valued over $1 billion
• Extensive knowledge of industrial gas projects, covering all phases from proposals to production
• Also you will have a strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-suite executives and clients
• Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a history of driving innovation and new business development
• Finally you will have an excellent negotiation and contract management skills
