Duties Include:
- Front desk reception: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and assist with inquiries.
- Assisting the Social Services department with administrative tasks.
- Providing excellent customer service to residents, families, and team members.
- Managing office tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation support.
- Supporting various departments as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- A professional, friendly demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Experience in front desk, administrative support, or similar roles preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and office software.
