Summer Pool Program Manager - New Baden Pool (Project Management)

Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities.Works with director to determine current needs for program.Ensure implementation of policies and procedures.Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions.Manage communication through media relations, social media, etcSchedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda.Support growth and program development.Direct and supervise all staff and their responsibilities.Compose scheduling for childwatch attendantsPlan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and experiences.Responsible for ensuring the safety of all children.Ensure the individual needs of the children are metEnsure proper coordination of the program.Performs all other duties as assigned.
