Inside Sales Account Manager (Sales)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated results driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings. The ideal candidate has a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads and qualify prospects through outbound calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Present and promote company products brands to prospective retailers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Utilize company sample program to generate new customers and expand business revenue.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 2+ years of experience sales and inside sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce, Power Bi, Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Some travel may be required for trade shows
Physical Requirements:
- Extended desk-based computer work.
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base Salary plus commission.
